CAN I WEAR MY JEWELRY IN THE SHOWER OR OCEAN? Yes, the jewelry is 100% waterproof.

WHO IS THE ARTIST? The artist is Victoria Love who is the Designer/Owner and has been making jewelry for over 30 years in Hawaii.

IS YOUR JEWELRY STERLING SILVER? Yes, most of our chains, wire wrapped jewelry and findings are sterling silver. You will also find 14K gold jewelry. Any exceptions will be noted in the product description.

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR SHIPPING? FREE SHIPPING via USPS Priority or First Class mail which ensures a 3-5 business days delivery time in the continental U.S.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes, of course! The shipping charge is $23.95 for USPS Priority mail. Delivery time listed on the USPS website for this service is 6-15 business days. We declare the actual value on the customs form and cannot guarantee a specific delivery time and are not responsible for additional charges imposed by customs. A confirmation will be provided.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund custom designs. But, we want you to be happy. So we would appreciate an email and we’ll see what we can do! Your happiness and satisfaction is priority to us.
